Four Simple Steps to Get Started

IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU

Call, email, or book a consultation today. There are lots of ways to get started. We like to keep things casual, yet professional. Step one is starting out with a simple, informal meeting where we get to know you personally and better understand your vision for the project you’re considering.
We know that choosing a contractor is a big decision, so we want you to feel confident in letting us know about any and all questions, concerns, needs, or expectations you may have before beginning the process. Your happiness is our top priority.

IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

This next step is where we gather as much information about your project as possible. Our experienced contractor will draw up plans for your project as you work on the details together. If anything on your wish-list doesn't seem feasible or would cause complications and/or issues with safety and coding, we will work together to come up with alternative solutions to make your dreams a reality.
In addition to discussing your project, we will fully explain the business side of how Russell's Renovation works and what you can expect during this informational stage of our relationship. For example, we will talk about our billing process, discounts, warranty policy, cancellation policy, fees, and scheduling.

THE NITTY GRITTY

After getting the chance to discuss in some detail what your project expectations are, we will take some time to come up with an accurate and realistic figure of what associated costs—such as labor, travel, and material—you would be paying. If you choose to accept the quote, we would then proceed toward scheduling a project start date with you.
Estimates are always free and strictly no strings attached, meaning that if you don't like the price, we would be happy to negotiate quote revisions and payment options or you can simply walk away from the deal without paying a dime or making a commitment. It's that easy and hassle-free.

SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE

After reviewing the estimate and schedule we worked up together, we will then offer you a contract with Russell's Renovation to begin work on your project. We explain exactly what you can expect throughout the process, maintain communication, and how we keep an eye on staying within budget. After signing with us, we will let you know when to expect your invoice, how to pay, and explain the cost breakdown of what you will see in your statement.
